What does each leaderboard tab mean?
All time compares players using their best classic run, rather than adding together every run. Today applies the best-run-per-player rule within the current UTC day. The two tabs therefore use different time windows.
The help illustration uses Trainer A, Trainer B and Trainer C as examples. They are not a live leaderboard snapshot, and their illustrated scores are not records to beat.
When does Today reset?
The reset is midnight UTC. In China Standard Time, UTC+8, that corresponds to 08:00 each day. This is a time-zone conversion of the documented reset, not a separate regional reset.
When comparing daily positions across a reset, check which UTC day the run belongs to. A new daily board does not imply your all-time best run has been erased.
How do you inspect the team behind a score?
Select a leaderboard row to view its team, as described by the help. Use that roster as a run example rather than proof that the same Pokémon will be offered by your starter wheel or capture route.
The current excerpt does not explain the score formula, submission timing or tie-break rules. The provided video does not show the current two-tab leaderboard being operated, so those details remain unverified.
What if a name or completed run is missing?
For a name you already used as a guest, first return to the browser where that name was stored. In the supplied conversation, Rais explains that cookies identify the username and that the original browser can show a password-creation panel. Using Set Name in a private window may leave no saved profile. This is an explanation to check, not a guaranteed recovery procedure.
If registration says the name is taken and the original profile is unavailable, ask the developer in the linked feedback channel to check the username. Preserve the exact error, approximate time and browser/private-mode details; do not send a password or session cookie. A failed private-window registration does not prove another person took the name.
For a missing run, check both the appropriate leaderboard time window and Run History, then preserve the result screen and account state. A player reported both missing even with an account created before the run. The conversation gives no confirmed submission delay, cause or fix, and only speculates about the New Run button. Do not assume registration alone guarantees every run was saved.
